As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for creative hubs joining our platform.  

You will manage email correspondences, ensuring timely and personalized responses. 

You will guide creative hubs through the onboarding process, providing assistance and clarifying any queries. 

You will collect and organize necessary documentation from creative hubs during the onboarding phase. 

You will maintain detailed records of communication interactions and onboarding progress.


Requirements:
Access to a reliable internet connection.
Proficiency in virtual communication tools and platforms.
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
