Position: Customer Service Agent with Facebook Ad Experience
We are looking for someone to join our team as a Client Success Manager.
This position will include:
- Onboarding clients
- Client follow up + Client Success
- Setting up CRM / Marketing accounts (training provided)
Must have some experience with:
- GoHighLevel or similar CRM
- Facebook Ads
- Client success / Customer Service
- Strong spoken and written English skills
Must be available to work with our clients within EST / PST timezone.
This role is part-time hourly to start but will progress to part-time and full-time hours over time.
